Really good Ginza Stay!
friendly staff complimentary drinks convenient location ground floor
The staff members were responsive. The hotel provided complimentary drinks in the fridge. I also found a Natural Lawson store on the ground floor near the hotel entrance. The location allowed convenient access to major shops like Uniqlo and GinzaSix.

The hotel features an Italian restaurant on the lobby floor, I found it to be very good and reasonably priced. The restaurant provides very good food, I especially enjoyed the breakfast. It made for a pleasant start to my days.

excellent stay with amazing views
complimentary drinks helpful service tower view
I found the complimentary drinks in the fridge a nice touch. the staff kept our luggage for several hours after checkout, allowing me to explore hands-free (a very helpful service!). the tokyo tower view from the bath and shower was very nice. The city view out the large wall window was also wonderful.
i noticed a faint lingering smell in the elevators, which suggested previous smoking despite the hotel's efforts to maintain a smoke-free environment.
